Christopher's would like to offer our sincerest thanks to all of our visiting patrons and dedicated staff members who have made us so successful thus far. As we mark our first anniversary this November, we have already been involved with many exciting events in which we were extremely proud of.

During “Taste of Maynard”, Christopher's placed first for Best Appetizer and Entrée. “Chowderfest, 2007” Over 9,000 guests voted Christopher's as Boston's Best, and this August, as a direct result of Chowderfest, The Phantom Gourmet visited with us to film for a feature on their weekly television show which airs every Saturday and Sunday on TV 38.

Christopher's would also like to welcome their new Executive Chef, Matthew Grote. As he begins his tenure here, along with Sous Chef Brian O'Connor, we can expect new aspects of creativity with vibrant, exciting seasonal dishes.

27TH ANNUAL CHOWDERFEST

**As reigning 2007 champs, Christopher's is invited back to compete
for a chance at being Boston's Best for the second year in a row.**

Christopher's Wins Boston's
26th Annual Chowder Fest

Sunday July 1st marked the 26th Annual Chowder Fest held at Boston's City Hall Plaza. A fourth of July tradition in Boston in which New England's Restaurants vie for the affections of over 12,000 attendees and the prestigious title of
"Boston's Best Chowder".

The Daily Catch of Boston
Fireplace Restaurant of Brookline
Grille at Hobbes Brook of Waltham
Great Bay Restaurant of Boston
La Morra of Brookline
Ned Devine's of Boston
Skippers restaurant of S. Yarmouth
The event served over 2000 gallons of New England's signature dish, clam chowder to
over 12,000 tasters and ran Sunday 11AM. to
6PM. After serving close to 10,000 + attendees, Christopher's was voted by the people as Boston's Best and was awarded The Paul
Revere Sterling Silver Chowder Bowl as a
symbol of our Victory.

THE TASTE OF MAYNARD


Once a year, the Maynard Education Foundation holds an outing
where they invite local restaurants to exhibit and offer samplings of
their menus, called The Taste of Maynard . At this event, restaurants compete for awards in the following categories :

Best Entree
Best Appetizer
Best Dessert 
 


This year, Christopher's won two of the three awards for
BEST ENTREE and BEST APPETIZER !
